The Speaker waived the following from the Resources Committee at               
the request of Representative Hudson, Vice Chair:                              
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 90                                                            
"An Act clarifying powers and duties of state officials in relation           
to a disaster emergency caused by a catastrophic oil discharge or              
the release of a hazardous substance."                                         
                                                                               
SB 90 was referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the                 
calendar.
